The Mode V6 is a professional entertainment electric chain hoist built for small to mid-sized events rigging work and installations. The Mode V6 is a TUV Certified smart dual-brake electric hoist with a built-in load sensor and load monitor that can lift up to 1000kg (1T) weight, 25m high. It is Mode's new generation of flagship electrical chain hoist with reliability and safety in mind. Using Mode's Smart Group Controller with its built-in LCD touch screen, and in combination with the V6's built-in load sensor, the user can see real time lifting data for each hoist, making complicated lifting tasks much more precise and easier to operate. This is a specialized category for electric hoisting systems suitable for most areas within the entertainment and show business industry, including theatres, concert halls, convention centers, concerts and arena tours, film sets, night clubs, schools, TV studios and many more. Stage Hoist is a light and small lifting equipment. It consists of electric motor, transmission mechanism and sprocket. The motor hoist is durable. The internal gears are all quenched at high temperatures, which increases the wear resistance and toughness of the gears.

SHELL

Aluminum shell, light weight. Anti-corrosion, rust-proof. Housing and cover made of aluminum. The lightest entertainment chain motors in its class.

LIMIT SWITCH

Adjustable screw limit switch that will automatically stop the hook at any predetermined point when either hoisting or lifting.

Over travel protection, lower and upper limits (factory preset)

CHAIN GUIDE

Stamped Steel guide coated for corrosion resistance and quiet operation, while keeping the load chain and liftwheel aligned.

CLUTCH

Designed to prevent lifting of excessive overloads. Located outside the gear box. Adjustable and easy to access.

CHAIN HOIST MOTOR CONTROLLER

The motor group controller is a versatile chain motor controller that can be configured and customized to work with different number of motors.

Standard features include flip switches to control directions of movement for each individual motor, a Go bottom to kick all motors in action at the same time, Emergency safety stop, LED meter display and a 3 phase circuit breaker.

Options including having wireless handheld pickle with receiver, and/or having the 3 phase power distributor built in.  The R series is best suited for permanent installations with new motorized lighting rig. Being rack mountable, the controller is easily managed and protected in the rack space along with the other rack mountable equipment.
