The Mode 611 stage hoist motor is a professional entertainment electric chain hoist built for small to mid-sized events rigging work and installations. On June 11, 2018, the Mode 611 electric hoist was launched globally with its small size (the height of a can of cola), light weight (only 27kg) and good appearance, and 3,000 units were sold in less than half a month! This is a specialized category for electric hoisting systems suitable for most areas within the entertainment and show business industry. Mode 611 Stage Hoist Motor Specification & Features

The D8 electric chain motor corresponds to a standard industrial electric chain hoist in accordance with EN14492-2 and IGVW SQP2:2018 with the difference that the D8 motor is usually used without a handheld controller and in mobile event technology climbing on its chain. MODE 611 motors in D8 execution are applicable as climbing or stationary hoists without modification up to 1000kg lifting capacity in single fall operation or 2000kg in double fall operation.

The Mode stage truss motor in D8 Plus version is an electric chain hoist which is specifically developed, rated and designed for holding loads above people. It is light and compact in design and thus perfectly suited for mobile use. The D8+ meets all Standard SR2.0 requirements. It’s clutch, outside the load path, acts as a precise overload device; and chain safety design factor is 10:1 with a double brake installed. The D8+ certificate stage hoist is in accordance with the VPLT Code of Practice, EN14492-2, IGVW SQP2:2018 and EN17206.

WEATHER RESISTANT

A feature of the chain motor is the protection class IP56. It is dust proof and protected against water jets. The motors is perfectly suitable for outside use (outdoor application), even under the most arduous conditions. The Mode motor in C1 version is light and compact in design and thus perfectly suited for mobile use and responds to the requirements in accordance with EN14492-2, IGVW SQP2:2018 and EN17206. Staging & production facilities, for holding loads above personnel. Due to the modular design of the Mode chain hoist, the path and load measurement can be implemented in a simple way. Encoders for path measurement can be mounted on the chain wheel or on the rotor shaft. Due to the high-power reserve of the motors, the chain hoists have an excellent synchronization during group movements. GIS motors in C1 version also cover fast high lifting speeds up to 16 m/min. (50 Hz). The BGV-C1 Series meets the BGV-C1 German regulation for entertainment rigging.
