10 ton gantry crane design is one of the most popular and universal crane. It is always used together with MD, CD type or europe type electric wire rope hoist. It is composed of main box girder beam, a frame support legs, crane travelling mechanism, hoist and trolley, electric system and so on. The entire structure is made of steel. Both ground bottom end beam trucks are equipped with electric powered motorized wheels, which allow these gantry cranes to travel along rail tracks mounted on the ground floor. The main beam can be extended at both ends so that more working areas can be covered, also known as gantry crane with cantilever. Hangers under hoist include hooks, grabs, and electromagnetic chucks which can satisfy the using requirements of different occasions. The operating mode can choose the driver's cab operation or remote control operation.

Our 10 ton gantry crane is fabricated with sturdy structure, mainly composed of main beam, end beam, supporting legs, end carriages, hoist trolley and electric control system.
Gantry Frame
For metal structure of the gantry crane, various frame designs are available such as A type, U type and L type so as to handle different materials. We keep optimizing the equipment structure to provide stable and durable performance. Main beam and ground end beam will have sandblast derusting and painted with zinc rich epoxy primer. They are cut by plasma numerical control cutting machine. The butt weld of tension flange shall undergo ultrasonic or x-ray flaw detection as specified. During machining process, we closely inspect every part to ensure quality products.
Electric Hoist Trolley
Hoist trolley is the most fundamental part of gantry crane equipment. We have CD1, MD1 type wire rope hoist, electric winch, chain hoist for your choice, of which the electric wire rope hoist is the most commonly used type as it can lift with a variety of capacities. However, chain hoist is a more cost-efficient solution for small lifting needs, widely used in workstation, factories, mines, harbours, warehouse and workshop. We have manual and electric chain hoists for you to choose.
Crane Running Mechanism
For crane running mechanism, we provide both track and trackless operations to fit different applications and environments.
